Dr. Anchors' 6 Commandments for Losing Weight

1. Eat less food. Nothing else works.

2. Follow the pyramid. More fruits and vegetables, less starch & sugar.

3. Drink more water.

4. Weigh yourself every morning.

5. Stop eating snacks. Have meals instead.

6. Happiness comes from people, not things. Be with people! Eat with friends.
