Yom Kippur and Dumbo's Feather

Yesterday was Yom Kippur, the Jewish fast day. I had an easy time fasting for 24 hours. It used to be difficult for me, in 1997 when I weighed 184 lb. My BMI was 26.3 when I was on the Montel Show. I thought I was near ideal body weight, but when I looked up my weight on the Metropolitan Life Table, I saw that I was significantly overweight. Fool that I was. Of course!
