Phentermine May Reduce Weight By More Than Appetite-suppression Alone

I just finished an interesting experiment. For four days, from May 15 to May 18, I took phentermine HCl 37.5 mg and Lexapro 10 mg each day and followed the Five Lessons. I ran six miles on Tuesday and Thursday at a rate of 11 minutes per mile. During the four-day period I lost 1.8 lb, always weighing myself at 7 AM naked and empty. During the four day period from May 22 to May 25 I took no phentermine but continued the Lexapro. I ate exactly the same food and drank the same amount of water. Eating So Much Less

I gained ten pounds during the winter to 179, failed to lose without medicines, started on phen-pro on May 1 and this morning I weighed 171. Once again I am impressed by how effectively phen-pro squashes appetite, especially in the first six weeks of use. I am also impressed that, at age 57, I can eat only a little food if I expect to lose weight. Hence I have focused on getting the best taste, best appearance and most pungent aroma in each thing that I eat, given that I am going to get only a small portion. More...

Cutting Initial Dose In Half

It is very important to start patients on the half-dose of phentermine, NOT the full 30 mg. I wish all the doctors who argue with me on this point would take a dose of 30 mg themselves to see how they feel. It would end all arguments. Especially if they take it on an empty stomach. Especially if they drink coffee with caffeine in the morning. More...
