Side-Effects of Phen-Pro: Insomnia

Many people have some difficulty falling asleep during the first day or two on phentermine, but this side-effect, as most side-effects of phen-pro, abates after a few a days on the medicine ESPECIALLY since I have the great wisdom to start people on the half-dose (15 mg) of phentermine for about 5 days before proceeding to the fully-effective dose of 30 mg. However, a few patients continue to experience insomnia on phentermine. It is important to ask whether the patient has trouble only falling asleep or trouble staying asleep as well, or both. Side-Effects of Phen-Pro: Sweating

Some phen-pro patients, especially during the summer, report increased sweating. Obese people in general sweat more because their encasing fat acts like an overcoat. But on phentermine they may sweat more than usual. Interestingly, the most common pattern is not to sweat all over, but only in certain places. The underarms of course, but I have also had patients with excess sweating on only their forehead or scalp. I came upon the best treatment for this side-effect through an accident.
